  2. ​Hard copies of the application are available at the ReStore (open Tues.-Sat., 9-4)

  3. Completed applications and the fee must be returned by October 1st. No exceptions. 

  4. ​Please respect this property by only driving by. Do not go to the doors, windows or walk around the yard. Note that we will only be showing the home to families who meet the criteria in this application.
